Tibet Government-in-Exile calls for minute of silence

The Tibet Government-in-Exile has called for a minute of silence to mourn the death and suffering caused by the April 14th earthquake in Kyigudo.
On Tuesday, May 4th at 7:49 a.m local time of your place of residence, please observe a minute of silence, three weeks to the day of this tragic event.
