Dalai Lama to inaugurate Tibetan Centre in Toronto in Oct'10

The Dalai Lama will be the Guest of Honour for the Official Opening
Ceremony of the Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre (TCCC) in Toronto on
Oct 16, 2010. The centre will serve as the location for the Canadian
Museum of Cultural Heritage of Tibetan-Canadians.

The warehouse structure of the centre will soon to undergo major
renovations, which will "reach near completion" by Mar 2010.

The centre will have facilities for sports, wellness and the
performing arts for use by all community users. It is located in the
city's South Etobicoke area.

The Dalai Lama will be in the city from Oct 15 to 17 on his fourth visit.
