"On my part, I remain committed to the process of dialogue. It is my firm belief that dialogue and a willingness to look with honesty and clarity at the reality of Tibet can lead us to a viable solution."

Poem: The Winds of Life

August 4, 2010

By Tsoltim N. Shakabpa

The winds of life
Blow in all directions
At times violent
At times calm
At times hot
At times cool
Ever changing
Never bluffing

And through it all
We must go on
The strong will survive
The weak will succumb
But rest assured
We'll have our curtain call
And rebirth will reveal
What for each one is ideal
