1. False congratulation letter


We have been informed that the "congratulation letter" from His Holiness the
Dalai Lama to the Taiwanese President that appeared in yesterday issue of
WTN wasn't issued by Dharamsala.

It seems that someone has been sending out messages using Dharamsala's email
addresses.
